Draft 3: Zoning Map and UDC

After continued consideration of community and stakeholder feedback, the Division of Planning and Development is pleased to publish Draft 3 of the recommended zoning map as part of the ongoing Unified Development Code update.

This new draft adds a new Suburban Main Street mixed use district as well as changes in recommendations given continued conversations with residents and community stakeholders.

As with previous map drafts, residents can leave comments directly on the map for staff review. To learn how, view this video tutorial for guidance and direction on how to use the website.

Additionally, a companion document is also available to aid in the explanation of the changes to staff recommendations.
