Huey’s Garden
Since 2023, MidtownMemphis.org has partnered with Huey’s to manage the Huey’s Community Garden which is adjacent to their original Midtown location. Debbie Sowell leads volunteers to plant, weed, and harvest the produce that is then donated locally. Native pollinators are grown to support a sustainable environment and provide educational opportunities.
The Huey’s Community Garden is producing food to donate to Church Health while growing much needed pollinators, educational opportunities, and the experience of gardening in Midtown.
